Τα Conchilia Houses στα Πηγάδια Καρπάθου προσφέρουν καινούρια, άνετα διαμερίσματα στο κέντρο της πόλης. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, καθαριότητα και σύγχρονες παροχές. Ιδανική επιλογή για διαμονή στην Κάρπαθο, κοντά σε αγορά, εστιατόρια και παραλίες. Το προτεινω ανεπιφύλακτα για διακοπες στο κεντρο του Νησιου.

● The apartment is in a very good location. It's easy to find, and it has easy access.. The door is a bit heavy, and you need to be quick to push the door once you put the code, but it is working fine..
● When entering the place, it feels really modern, nicely decorated with light colors and wood. The place looks like the pictures.
● The matress is extremely comfortable and all the materials chosen are nice quality, Laura Ashly covers and thick nice towels.
● The sofa is very easy to fix, and it is very comfortable.
>> it was missing a cover/ blanket (end of september it can get a bit chilly in the night) and there were no bed pillows for the couch
● 4 cups, 4 glasses, plates, and forks and knives, dishwashing liquid and a sponge and a tea towel available and several electric devices. We only stayed 2 nights so we didnt use much of all this.
● The bathroom has some small soapbars and several small bottles of shampoo.
● 2 TVs, one in the livingroom and one in the bedroom both with casting option so you can stream anything from your phone.
>> ONLY 1 remote controller which makes is very unhandy
● 2 A/Cs bedroom and livingroom
>> Again ONLY 1 remote controller maybe a good idea to add a 2nd one
Kind remark > Have a look at the handle of the door, which comes off and maybe fix the curtain rail above the couch
● I had booked an apartment with a balcony and there are several apartments with a balcony in this building.. Now, in my description, it was mentioned seaview.. and on the picture, it showed a balcony with seaview, so I was looking forward to sitting on my balcony to drink my wine and see the sea.. even though it wouldn't be full seaview.. But upon arrival, we received the downfloor, which on the front indeed has a balcony.. but without the seaview..
Basically, I got what I booked except for the seaview... that was a bit disappointing. As well because the view on the broken old house wasn't exactly what I hoped for.. (not anything the owner can do about, of course) BUT as the apartment otherwise was so VERY NICE and pleasant, we left it, and we enjoyed our stay in Karpathos.
● One thing though that missed in my opinion was a small coffeemachine.. I know it wasn't mentioned.. but it would have been pleasant.. or even have a small selection of nescafe sachets and tea to make with a watercooker..

Arredo (in particolare illuminazione), posizione, comodità doccia, aria condizionata
Poco spazio per appoggiare le cose sia in bagno che in camera, quindi metterei qlche mensola o armadietto in più...
Odore sgradevole in bagno.
Avremmo apprezzato una macchinetta x il caffè e uno scolapiatti.

La posizione e l’estetica della struttura.
I servizi e lo staff poco professionale a risolvere piccoli problemi dovuti alla costruzione della struttura. Nello specifico il bagno si allagava tutte le volte che veniva accesa l’acqua della doccia, causando allagamenti fino alla zona giorno questo perché il piano della doccia è stato costruito in contropendenza. Per evitare di camminare in mezzo all’acqua eravamo costretti a tamponare con gli unici asciugamani e biancheria di servizio (sei asciugamani di cui tre corpo e tre viso) che avevamo a disposizione fino alla fine del nostro soggiorno. Inoltre non avendo un balcone eravamo obbligati ad appendere la biancheria bagnata mezza sullo stendino in dotazione, all’interno dello Studios. Immaginate quindi l’odore davvero sgradevole. Abbiamo fatto presente il disagio chiedendo di controllare lo scarico e gentilmente altri asciugamani asciutti e puliti e con tono poco professionale e scocciato ci è stata ricordata la politica di pulizia ordinaria, anziché attivarsi tempestivamente a risolvere il problema, ripeto, non causato da noi. Gli asciugamani sono stati cambiati solo dopo due giorni grazie ai solleciti ripetuti da parte nostra. Con noi c’era anche un bambino piccolo e questo in primis non è stato preso in considerazione. Insomma la struttura si presenta bene esteticamente ma sul problem solving e sulla cura del cliente ancora non ci siamo. Peccato!
