Location, layout, lounge, showers okay. It did the job for us.
Lack of cutlery, oven not working, no plug for kitchen as it didn't seal. One window in lounge didn't shut. All rooms were very cold and took a while to heat up. I had not noticed there were no towels on the list, so we managed with the two that were there but we couldn't dry up our breakfast pots as there was no tea towel. Once it got warm there was a bit of an unpleasant aroma in the bathroom off the twin room. Lack of written instructions for oven, TV, radiators.

The guy letting the apartment was an absolute legend...we locked ourselves out at 8 in the morning and also left the keys in the back of the door so when he arrived to unlock it for us he couldn't also and had to climb through a tiny window in order to get into the flat.
5 stars for customer service he didn't even act like it was a nightmare which it most definitely was on a Sunday morning!
No tea towels or hand/bath towels which would've been handy!
