Tolle ruhige Lage, 200 m zu Fuß bis zum Strand, Pool vor der Tür, Supermarkt, kleine Läden, Café, Friseur und weiteres alles in 50 - 100 m, komplett ausgestattete Küche, Garage, Balkon mit einem schönen Blick.
Kaution von 500 €, Endreinigung falls man sie nicht selbst machen will kostet 80 € für circa 40 m². Man muss unbedingt den Chip für die Garage validieren. Der Personal dort nett aber kann nur französisch. Man muss aufpassen, dass der Treffpunkt bei Ankunft nicht gleich der Adresse der Wohnung mit GPS ist.

The furnishing was very good, especially the kitchen was full of all kinds of cutlery and pans/pots. Very clean apartment too. Located quite well to visit top places like Nice, Cannes, Monaco within short distances, yes in a very peaceful locality. The view from balcony is serene.
The booking charges did not include a basic cleaning. Their expectation was that we must handover the place in the exact same condition as received - including cleaning everything (except laundry) or pay optional cleaning fees.
