The apartment of 53 m2 is located in one of the most beautiful residence of Golfe Juan. The couple of guards has an office at the entrance. Wifi in the apartment AVAILABLE.

You enter the apartment directly in the living room dining room of 28 m2, with a big cupboard, a sofa bed 2 places as well as 2 armchairs all leather, a dining room in cherry, a flat screen TV, a hifi MP3 player.
All rooms overlook the 15 m2 terrace where you can admire the flower garden all year round and maintained every week by a landscaping team.
On the right you will see the sea.
The kitchen faces the entrance is independent, you will find oven - microwave - refrigerator - vitroceramic hotplates - coffee machine - dishwasher - toaster, as well as all necessary crockery.
To the left of the entrance is the toilet, the bathroom with shower / bathtub - 2 washbasins and washing machine.
The room has a large wardrobe, a bed of 140x180 cms, 2 clothes door.

Mr COLLE a tout prévu pour que les touristes se sentent au mieux dans ce superbe appartement, belle terrasse, endroit et vue incroyable, nous ressentons dans cet appartement un bien être, la gentillesse du propriétaire au téléphone à fait que nous étions rassurés pour cette location.Mr Colle est un propriétaire que je recommanderais sans hésitations. Encore merci.

Appartement conforme, à notre attente, idéal pour faire des balades entre Canne et Nice.
Les rues devant l'immeuble sont un peu bruyantes, passage obligé entre Antibes et Canne.
