- posizione e vicinanza spiaggia
- parcheggio interno
- wi fi con chromecast
- pulizia in generale non accurata
- cura dell’esterno (manca privacy facilmente risolvibile con delle pellicole da applicare alla porta finestra)
- arredamento poco funzionale (tavolo gigante e sproporzionato, armadio piccolo per 3, cucina poco attrezzata)
- scarico bagno (doccia e lavandino quasi subito intasati)

La terraza ,la ubicación,la casa en general tenía de todo.
Que no tenía extractor de humo la cocina pero no fue un gran problema.Por poner algo.

la climatisation
téléviseur pas réglé,très mauvaise image des quelques chaînes que nous avons pu trouvées. Le pommeau de douche casse dès le 2ème jour (usé). Les 2 malheureuses casseroles étaient en mauvaises état (le téfal complètement usé),manque de couverts, c'était vue sur le jardin, on cherche encore le jardin...L'état du matériel devrait être contrôlé avant l'arrivée des locataires, je pense que ça n'a pas été le cas.
