We are in a safe street in the neighbourhoods of Rome, full of shops, Pizzerias, Restaurants, Bars, Markets, Pharmacies, ATMs and Shopping Centres. Well connected by Metro, Bus and Tram to the centre in a few km.
The house, guarded by concierge, is clean and sanitised on every arrival, has:
*WI-FI, HD TV in rooms, with Firestick, Security Door, Safe, and Cot.
*Balconies to relax in the sun and enjoy an aperitif.
*(Free parking on the street and paid parking in the garage 10 euro).
*Transfer from airport and central station for a fee at special rates
*Included breakfast in the bar/bakery with a croissant and cappuccino
*5 minutes walk to the ‘Serenissima’ station which takes you to the metro in 8 minutes with ticket 1.50 to Colosseum.

We had a wonderful stay! Stefano was an outstanding host—responsive, helpful, and proactive throughout our visit. The apartment is beautifully decorated, with every detail thoughtfully considered. Commuting to the Rome city center was remarkably efficient and hassle-free.
