About this apartment rental
Very large apartment, with three terraces and one veranda. Large entrance, Two rooms dining room, large kitchen. Oil ancient pictures, Wi-Fi free, nice and partly ancient furniture, luxury bathrooms, up to seven persons to stay easely. Any electro equipment ready. Second floor, elevator, only one (1) step at the gate (entrance of the building). The area (rionr) is Monte Verde Vecchio, on the top of Janiculum hill, with ancient marvelous ancient monuments and the best views of Rome. Every kind of facilities in the street of the apartment. Well connected but very near to the center and to Saint Peter-Vatican City.

Dottore Rosati is an outstanding host. He provided wonderful tours of the neighbourhood, and excellent recommendations for eating and shopping. He is a very learned and cultured man, and he helped us immensely with our Italian. You cannot stay in a finer apartment. It is fully equipped with all the necessities. The neighbourhood is delightful and we became regulars at a number of establishments. We never heard an unkind word, and everybody was very patient with us as we tried to use our Italian. The buses take you to most of the major sites in Rome. One of them stops outside of the home. All in all, an exception experience.

This is our second stay at Maurizio’s outstanding apartment Maurizio is a truly wonderful host - from the moment we were collected from Trastevere station we felt that it was a home from home. This will certainly be our go to place when we return to Rome in the very near future. Thank you Maurizio and Melena for looking after us so well again.

Upon arrival, our host met us, helped with all of our luggage and the took us by car around the area pointing out key sites along with some background. There is a bus stop right in front of the apartment building and other routes just a few blocks away. The taxi stand was only a few block away. With so much to see and do in Rome it was wonderful to come back to the apartment and relax on the balcony away from all of the crowds. We really enjoyed our stay.

Based on previous reviews and our requirements, my husband and I decided on this property for our six-week stay in Rome. We were not disappointed. It is very spacious, as described, and in a wonderful location with easy access to shops, cafes, and groceries. Several busses support the area and the bus that stops at the Rome termini train station is only a few steps away. The owner is an excellent host. Although we declined his generous offer to pick us up at the local train station (not termini), he met us at the building, showed us around the unit and the neighborhood. I don't think that you will be disappointed if you decide to stay in this property.
