About this apartment rental
This beautiful apartment is located in an oasis of peace and tranquility, close to the historic center and close to the characteristic neighborhood of Trastevere with its folklore and its nightlife.
It consists of a large fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, hob with 4 burners, electric oven with grill, washing machine, toaster), a living room with extra-thin TV and sofa bed for two people, two bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with a french-bed and bunk beds. Two bathrooms: one with shower and double sink, the other with tub with shower. Air conditioning (not included in rental: price 6 euro/day), wireless Internet access no-limits. On request we can provide (for free) a baby bed with rails.
The price includes: central heating, electricity consumption, check-in and initial and final cleaning.
- Touristic tax: 5 euro/day per person (children less than 10 years old excluded).
The apartment is located in the basement (but facing south, so very bright) of a villa of the early '900 in a small street composed entirely of villas each with its own garden. The silence and tranquility are therefore insured.
At the same time, the area is very central and the apartment is very convenient and well-connected. The windows overlook the garden where there is also a space reserved for guests with table and chairs for eating outdoors (a very nice feature to relax when you are on vacation). The apartment has just been renovated (2016) so all facilities and furnishings are new. Upon request you can reserve a parking space (closed with electric gate: price 7 euro/day) Places are limited.

It was a great spot. Close to public transit, and some nice restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay. Our host was helpful and responsive.

We enjoyed our small stay. 10 minute walk to the metro. Lots of places to eat and shop nearby. Safe and secure home in quiet neighborhood. My only complaint is the somewhat complicated checkin process.

Was met at check in and had all questions answered. Did inquire about the listing stating it was 6 min from Colosseum by vehicle which really was 18 min and not walkable. The neighborhood had a great grocery store next to a very nice cafe. Several blocks away were bus stops to quickly get you to anywhere in Rome. Although originally slightly disappointed with location it is actually a nice clean, quiet and safe neighborhood. Look at fine print - if you want too use AC it is an additional 10E daily.

Not super happy with this place
Charged extra for air conditioning
2nd bathroom a joke, only a small child could fit in the shower.
Check in was difficult as Ms. Luna had to travel across town to let us in. An automated system would have been much easier with written instructions inside.
Very high tourist tax.
Lot’s of loud upstairs noise well into the early morning hours.
