About this house rental
You enter the apartment into the dining room with an open fireplace, you pass through the dining room into the kitchen which leads out to a small yard. To the left of the dining room is a wooden staircase leading up to the first floor. These stairs can be a little steep for those that have mobility issues. On the first floor there is a small sofa bed that will comfortably sleep one, or alternatively two small adults/children, a smart TV and a DVD player with a selection of DVDs. There is also a selection of books to read. There is a balcony that leads off the first floor with a small seating area which looks directly over Lincoln Castle. There are more steep stairs inside that lead up to the top floor, which has a double bed (low to the ground) and ample storage.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
