Loved the location right next to the river and tow path direct into town.

The location was great to walk into Lincoln.
The accommodation had convenient parking.
The coach house has a good cosy feel, was warm and generally clean.
Would be safer with a carbon monoxide alarm ( didnt see one) for additional safety as the boiler was upstairs in a locked cupboard.
Would be better if the mirrors in the bathroom not supported by blue tack in position!

Easy to find, easy to access the property. The up keep and cleanliness is not up to standard. Dust around the TV stand, cups for coffee was dirty so didn't havr coffee. Streaks from wiping cupboard etc all over furniture. The cupboard next to tv stand was peeling apart. Main bathroom mirror was hanging on with blue tack in each corner. Towel rail in maim bathroom was hanging on by loose screws. Also en suite room window wouldn't close?
