Overall the villa was very good but we had significant issues during the stay which I consider to be unacceptable.At various times during the stay, we ran out of fresh water, had no working toilet, had to allow access to an emergency plumber, even after putting the owner on notice 3 days before the toilet failed to work. We had the exterior toilet leaking flushed waste out of the pipe and the property manager who arrived with no prior warning and wandered intot he private area of the pool whilst guests were sunbathing, causing distress and embarrassment!The villa, equipment, kitchen, lounge, A/C, pool, location, entertainment, facilities and everything else were very good, the owner was communicative, but we should not have had to spend a significant amount of time messaging about problems and hosting visitors to fix issues whilst we were supposed to be on vacation.I will send a full email to customer service
