About this house rental
Beautiful country 'rustic' house approx. 20 minute drive from Malaga airport,and Marbella, consists of spacious lounge with fireplace, dining area and open plan kitchen, two double bedrooms and family bathroom. A separate Anexe / guest house provides the 3rd double bedroom, shower room, and new children's bedroom and shower room incl toilet makes up the 4th bedroom.
As well as the small fridge freezer in the kithcen there is also on the terrace a full American type fridge/freezer along with washing machine on the outside terrace.
The property is fully legal and registered with the Tourist Accommodation Vivienda Rural no. CTC-201625485.
A unique property for Spain in that its not the normal white painted villa but much more being as a full log cabin that is cool in the summer months and warm in the winter months.
Access to the truly stunning large covered terrace from the kitchen is the summer central living area for the whole property which includes gas barbie, outdoor kitchen, Heated Jacuzi, Pool Table, Dining and Lounge seating (sofas) areas with music system open log fire dart board, exercise bike and electric Yamaha keyboard.
From the outdoor swimming pool are views of the valley from a viewing platform where you can enjoy the sunrise or sunset or just use it simply for sunbathing purposes on the double 'chill out' bed complete with roof, Moroccan cushions and privacy curtains. Or laze with a drink on the Swing for 2.
The property is finished to the highest standards and features air conditioning on timed meters, at a cost of 1 euro per 1.5 hours, internet access (laptop/tablet required). Dvds, music system, covered terrace, pool table, jacuzzi darts board and and outdoor pool.
The new children's room and shower/wc increases the accommodation so a total of
10-12 can be housed very comfortably but not totally suitable for 6 couples. A mix of adults and children would be much preferred due to number of single beds. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DO WE ALLOW FOR 12 SINGLE MEN OR 12 SINGLE WOMEN TO BOOK - WE CATER FOR FAMILIES WITH NUMBERS UP TO 12.
All linen and towels (inc. beach/pool towels) are provided.
There will be a 750.00 Euros returnable security damage deposit which will be held by VRBO against your credt card and will be fully refundable providing there are no breakages or damage to the property.
A car is an absolute necessity as the house is based at the top of a mountain and in 40 degree heat it is impossible to walk to the supermarket and carry back a week's shopping even though the nearest town is only an 8 minute drive from the house.

Our stay at the finca near Malaga was absolutely wonderful. The property is beautifully appointed, with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. The private pool was a highlight, and the stunning views over the surrounding landscape made every moment unforgettable. The host was exceptionally friendly, always available, and provided us with fantastic tips for excursions in the area. Overall, it was a perfect stay – highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, tranquility, and genuine hospitality.

Our holiday at the wooden chalet in the hills of Andalusia was absolutely wonderful. Nestled just 30 minutes from the beach, the chalet offered breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape, creating a perfect backdrop for relaxation. The pool was fantastic, providing a refreshing escape after a day exploring, and the chill area was ideal for unwinding the family. Our hosts, Annie and Rick, were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. It was a truly memorable stay that combined natural beauty, comfort, and warm hospitality. We and our kids loved it and we are definitly coming back

Everything was excellent. We had the most wonderful holiday in this unique house.You can tell that every detail was put there with love.Rick & Annie are wonderful hosts and every time we asked for something they immediately responded.We enjoyed our talks to the owners who provided us with useful information like good restaurants in the area.

We had fun at the property making the most of great weather. Rick and Annie met us a 5 min drive away and what a drive ! Maybe a 4x4 is needed ? Air in not available in one bedroom and with weather 35-40 oC not ideal . Felt right at home though and linen etc clean and fresh . Hot water for showers was erratic, and gas BBQ felt outdated and dangerous . Rick was responsive with toilet and gas cylinder issues. Unfortunately the day he went to hospital we all started to turn green in the pool including hair , bodies and clothes ? A chemical imbalance . Didn’t spoil our fun as a family 3 generations . A good size pool and lots of activities such as pool and darts at the property! Thank you and we wish you well in the future now you have decided to sell up
