Great Andalusian Villa with amazing and panoramic mountains and sea views, surrounded by a spacious exotic garden with a large swimming pool !!
It is facing south, southwest and west. The villa counts with 3 double bedrooms, 1 en-suite bedroom and 1 separate bathroom, all with air conditioning. There is a closed fully fitted kitchen to a high standard and a very spacious living room with a dinner corner and a sofa corner (with TV and WIFI).
An outside chilling space is also facing the sea by the lounge. The exotic garden surrounding the swimming pool is facing the mountains. A nice terrace with a barbecue is also arranged by the swimming pool with an outside kitchen corner and an outside shower.
There is a driveway where you have 4 parking spaces inside the property.
It is a peaceful and quiet place of heaven, near to everywhere but away from the noise in the coastal urbanizations. The house and the garden are all on the same level, there are no stairs to access any part of the house. The swimming pool is 9 by 5 meters and 0. 60m to 1. 90 m deep.
The villa is located near the little Andalusian village of Mijas. It is 20 minutes away from Malaga Airport, on the road to the South. You have to go by the village of Mijas and the house is located in the urbanization of Rosa de Piedras, 4 minutes after Mijas.
The urbanization of Rosa de Piedras is a group of 30 villas, with an intimate context for each villa. It is a prestigious and peacefull urbanization close to amenities. Each neighbor remains reachable in case of needs. The urbanization is a stunning mix of nationalities: English, French, German, Danish, Swedish, Dutch people who are all getting along well with each other.
The villa is located at 20 minutes from Malaga Airport, on the road to the South. It is between Malaga and Marbella on the Costa del Sol. You have to take the A7 motorway and take the exit n ° 214 and follow Mijas direction. When passing Mijas, you have to follow the road until the urbanization Rosa de Piedras. The easiest way to come is by car (whether your own or a car rent at the airport).
You also have a taxi service from the Village.
Someone will welcome you in the villa and give you the keys. You will also find a welcome card in the living room to indicate you all important informations: the persons to call in case of need, the wifi and TV informations, health or emergency informations (doctor, chemist, hospital), shops, restaurants, activities (golfs, sea, andalusian celebrations).
For example, the beach is at 15 km, the Alhaurin Golf is at 4 km and you can reach Malaga and Marbella in less than 30 minutes. You can also find little artisanal shops and amazing typical spanish restaurants in Mijas.

The Villa was peaceful, had amazing views of the mountains and coast, a great size, private, safe and well equipped.
We had 4 adults and 5 children. The Villa is all on one level which is brilliant for younger children.
Armelle was great host and very good at responding quickly, she was very helpful for all our needs. She also provided a room with 2 double beds so my 3 children could all share a room!
The Garden and pool are lovely, great BBQ and a pool house with loads of pool and garden toys!
The Property was clean but I did find the showers could do with a better scrub! But overall very good!
You defiantly need a car.
We would recommend staying here and we would all come again!

My wife, daughter and I stayed here and we had everything we needed. The villa is spacious and lovely. The setting and views were amazing and it's the perfect place to spend two weeks lounging by the pool! The owners were easily reached, especially when an expected leak occurred and they made sure someone fixed it promptly. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
