Brand New Fully Updated Condo 912 in Anacortes

It was exactly what was advertised.

Nothing.

Good location for our needs.

Designated parking for unit would have been appreciated. Towel bars in bathroom and a small towel bar/hoop for a hand towel by the wash basin.

It was new and very clean. The location is convenient.

We had no access to the garage and very little parking spaces . The master shower is very slippery. The smoke alarms went off twice in the middle of the night. No A/C upstairs, the portable unit was so loud I could not use it at night. We were there in August

Favorite part of this property was its location.

It was very difficult to get into the unit. We were asked to sign a separate lease agreement after renting through Booking.com that required us to put a lot of personal information including credit card info into unsecured forms. It took many hours of back and forth communication with the owner to get the info we needed to check in and get inside the unit. There was also no wifi or parking available. We spoke to a third party assistance line multiple times and they were not very helpful. The additional rental agreement should’ve been given to us when we payed for the unit that way we don’t waste time. We were visiting family and the communication back and forth was time consuming and unnecessary if those forms would have given to us from the start.
