Poor communication days before, asked to send documents over and over again. Never heard or saw a host. Ten minutes before we were to check in we got the door code and parking info in an email. The living room furniture was terrible VERY uncomfortable. We were charged a “ resort fee” it was No resort ! No pool, spa, or gym. We started upfront we had a small dog. We were not told how much the “dog fee” was until after we booked and it was too late to cancel and get our money back. It was too high at $35. Per day. The nice hotels we stayed in only charge $25.

The place was clean and nice.
When we left the cleaning lady took our garbage out the trash can, and took a picture of the place like if we trashed it. They provided a balcony with seating, where we smoked cigarettes. Only to be told that we smoked inside the place. They even accused us of stealing a blanket and a pillow! After all that they tried to charge my card $750. We paid about $1500 for our stay only to be treated horribly. The blanket and pillow were upstairs in one of the rooms. I believe that the cleaning fee might not be for the cleaner. I say this because whoever was supposed to clean and report back must of been having a very bad day, to lie so blatantly.
