This home is incredibly beautiful with amazing views. Even my picky teens loved it! My daughter enjoyed observing porpoises in the distance and a seal close to shore. Star gazing was also a highlight.
There was no air conditioning and we happened to be there during a very hot few days. This house got pretty stuffy with just floor fans. I don't think that would be an issue most of the time.
The beauty made up for it though.

Beautiful views, but needs renovation. Lots of problems with plumbing, cooker and lighting.
Host not around apart from meeting once, and one email exchange
Plumbing, electrics (especially the hob on cooker!), lighting and main bedroom bed (mattress old and needs changing - sagging)
