Very near many supermarkets, the train/bus station, the old town and Mount Semnoz (so you can start walking up the mountain after a few minutes).

"What you see is what you get: a very small studio in Annecy close to the old town and not far from the beach. Very basic compact kitchen with two cooking plates, not a lot of cutlery etc. Quiet and good location, although there was often a traffic jam before the traffic lights to get into Annecy Loverchy."
