I loved how comfortable the bed was, and how clean everything was. Communication with the host was amazing when I needed help with something, they resolved my issue within 30 seconds. Everywhere I went, it smelt so good, including the hallways and you can tell it was maintained very well. Overall a very smooth, easy and pleasant stay, would definitely return in the future!
Maybe a bin in the bathroom would be more convenient

I loved the location, the ease of checking in, the room was exactly as the photo was. The bed was super comfy. I’ll definitely be back.

Room was well planned out, had everything I needed. Very comfortable bed (different to the photos). Shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Great location for one of the best beaches in Bournemouth, Westbourne and buses. Plenty of on street free parking - easier then using the off street parking (only 3 spaces)
Found the door/window coverings a bit lacking. People walking past to next door room can see in, and also trigger the security lights. Hung a couple of jackets off the blind and door handle to block the gap. As someone used to blackout curtains and shutters, this was not ideal. Just to note - room is up 8 steps,

Easy access to amenities
It was the basement and didn’t know this until check in
The smell of damp played a part in my asthma. View was limited due to being the basement.
The fridge door was rusty and inside the fridge shelves broken (missing)
The knife draw was broken.
Not enough crockery. No basics like salt pepper oil for those forgotten items. Essentials like tin opener bottle opener.
