My daughter and I stayed here so we could visit SDSU during "Admitted Student Day". This place is very near the beach and ALSO very convenient to the Interstate 8 freeway which took us right to the SDSU campus. Regular hotel rooms are about the same price in the San Diego area but this place supposedly had two bedrooms. The description is a bit scrambled on the VRBO site because the top heading lists two bedrooms each with a queen bed. What we found was one bedroom with a queen bed and a common area with a foldout couch (about the size of a queen bed). We were promptly given a sheet set for the couch after communicating with the host. It all worked out fine for our two night stay.

Not sure what was stylish about it. The painted concrete floor maybe? Not HC assessable.
Nicest part was the patio but being in line with the airport runway made it tough having a conversation with jets flying low every 3 minutes.
The shower would be nice if you are 4’ tall.
Don’t plan on cooking much with about 12” of countertop. To walk anywhere you had to walk down an alley which was a little creepy at night.
Other than that it was ok.
