Very nice setup, easy to access, perfect for a quick weekend getaway. Just what we needed.
We brought our pets with us and in the initial reservation there was no asking of a pet deposit, however rite before we checked in they called and asked for a pet deposit. I feel that was a backdoor effort to make more money, and after we re-read our arrangements it was discovered it was optional. Not cool folks. You wanna charge us a pet deposit thats fine, lets get all the business taken care of before we get there next time please.

It was so convenient to the beach. The WiFi and tv were excellent Access to many restaurants
The upstairs renters were very very loud and it was difficult at times to sleep because we could hear the kids running up and down the hallways. Very thing walls We were also paranoid not to get sand inside but there wasn’t a hose or anything for us to wash off the sand so it was hard to figure out how to clean off without getting sand inside

The location is very convenient right by the beach, shopping and bars/restaurants. Don’t stay here unless you’re OK with some nightlife and some transient people walking around at all hours.
The house itself is musty, we even found a few cockroaches, running around the kitchen. Like I said the locations excellent but the unit itself needs a big facelift. We didn’t mind the noise coming from the bars and restaurants, etc. that’s a lot of fun actually..
