Great location, great hosts. Deck is fantastic for coffee in the morning and beverages in the evenings. Parking a little hit and miss, doesn't really matter if you do the OB thing and walk everywhere. I highly recommend!

Very cozy place. very clean and convenient. Very close to the beach. My dog loved it as well. so close to pretty much everything.

Such a perfect VRBO! Erich and Taylor are incredible hosts. This stay was so close to the beach and everything else in OB and was just so cozy! Erich and Taylor were just downstairs of us which was nice if we needed anything!
