The complex comprises three independent villas, each featuring a private swimming pool and four en-suite bedrooms. The nearest beach, along with a variety of shops and amenities, is just 2 km away, while its privileged location also allows easy access to the nearby cities of Rethymno (30 km) and Heraklion (45 km).
Troia Estate consists of Villas I & III, which have an identical layout, span across 400 m2 in total, and comfortably accommodate 16 guests in 8 en-suite bedrooms. The interior is styled in warm, earthy tones and enhanced by elegant yet inviting furnishings and natural wicker accents, creating a refined boho-inspired atmosphere.
