A short distance from windsurfing, fishing, and more, this family-friendly villa lets you experience it all. Jump into your car and make short work of the 9-minute drive to Spilies Beach or the 6-minute drive to Rethimno Kart (and enjoy the property's convenient onsite parking in the meantime).

Spend some time at the nearby beach (enjoy the sun loungers!), relax by the heated pool, or sip a drink in the hot tub of this 4951-sq-ft villa, which also features a garden.
