The positives are well equipped comfortable accommodation with excellent cleaning and upkeep from the very helpful site manager. we felt that the statements regarding local services were described incorrectly as they were not as accessible as stated in your brochure. maybe a local map would be of great help..We also thought some extra sunbeds would help as the ones without mattresses were uncomfortable10 beds for 14 guests were not enough. these are meant to be helpful remarks .WE HAD A WONDERFUL HOLIDAY AND WOULD THOROUGHLY RECOMMEND ECO VILLAS

Our stay got off to a rocky start with our group arriving at 4:00 but not being able to check in until 5:30 as the property was still being cleaned/replenished from the previous guests. The owner advised us that 2 of 5 cleaners had not shown up. The 1 1/2 hour checkin process was filled with the owner instructing us condescendingly not to do this, that etc., including not to mix up glasses, cutlery from one unit to the other. When I asked where the outdoor setting on the grass area was she said that was there just for the photos. The grass area was overgrown with weeds and not mowed until Tuesday. We were a group of 20 adults and 2 bubs. We were there for a week. Each unit was provided with only 3 garbage bags, 3 dishwashing tablets and 3 laundry sachets and 3 toilet rolls. Given the property’s main appeal was to be able to make lunch and dinner for the most part of our stay, the aforesaid was clearly inadequate. We had one salad bowl in our unit 4 adults, slightly larger than a breakfast bowl. The property itself is lovely however while it it details that 23 are able to be accommodated this is incorrect. Other than one futon bed, the sofa beds are sofas, not beds. It would accommodate 18.
The welcome pack provided by the owner was outstanding and a definite plus. We finished as we started, the owner contacted us to say she would inspect at 10:30 and could cleaners come at 9:30. 3 cleaners, not 5 arrived. Checkout is at 11. A luxurious property but not a 5 star stay.
