Bagno e camera sono state le cose più funzionali e apprezzate.
Probabilmente, la presenza di moquette in camera da letto. Ma avrei dovuto verificare io, essendo allergico alla polvere, che la moquette tende sempre a trattenere più di altre superfici.

Petit déjeuner correct, emplacement bien. Il faut 20 minutes à pied pour aller à Modène centre ce qui n'est pas très loin mais possibilité de se garer en voiture autour du centre ville
L'appartement est un peu bruyant car il se situe juste au dessus d'une boulangerie qui commence à travailler très tôt

Bagno e doccia, host gentile, pulizia alloggio e spazi comuni
Arredamento dozzinale e di dubbio gusto, biancheria letto sintetica, rapporto qualità/prezzo non corretto, colazione con tanti prodotti confezionati: malgrado pulizia e gentilezza dell’host non tornerei: ritengo il prezzo della stanza decisamente eccessivo per la localizzazione periferica, i servizi forniti e qualità generale dell’alloggio.
