This was a great place to stay in Modena! Beautiful interiors, comfy and quiet. Benedetta the host was great, kind and gave us great restaurant recommendations (our fave was a vegetarian place called Erbovoglio). I think her listing says that they don't offer "breakfast", but in fact there was a great breakfast in the mornings, so not sure why it says that!

It is so charming with a little garden area when you enter the property. The room had great character with the antiques and little details like the painted ceilings. It was also very quiet and relaxing. I loved having espresso and pastries in the dining room with a view of the outside. I could not have asked for a better night's sleep in Modena. I am glad I could this place instead of a hotel.
No complaints. The bed springs were a little squeaky, but I slept so well that I didn't mind it.

Great location! The rooms and common areas were beautiful. Exceptional sweet treats and coffee/tea available in the gorgeous salon! We were very impressed with the attention to detail.

Our room felt like we were staying in a castle - it far exceeded our expectations. The little parlour where you can have a coffee, drink and cake was really lovely and the staff were friendly & attentive without being over-bearing. The location is perfect for a visit of Modena - we would highly recommend.
The mirror in the bathroom was so high I had to stand on my tip-toes to see in it - would have been ideal to have one in the bedroom!
