[April 2026). Great location inside ZTL zone and in walkable ranges to city center. Parking place available (in front of hotel or garage). The hotel itself is spacious, with large ballroom for breakfast and terrace with garden view.
Rooms and facilities are however old-fashioned, run-down and out-dated, big renovation is due. Breakfast is stunningly comprehensive and good though. Service OK.

The personnel was excellent. The breakfast was amazing, rich and had a large boufet. Also the location was great, in the heart of the city
The room was really bad. Smelled badly, the wall had mold in some parts, and the water pressure in the shower was really weak.

We loved the staff, they were so sweet and helpful and even gave us a complimentary bottle of prosecco on my birthday. If it was based on the staff alone, the review would be 10/10.
The “grandeur” of the hotel was obviously many decades ago, and everything was in dire need of paint and care. The first room we got, there were dark oil stains on the headboard from years of people leaning against it. The staff were understanding and we got a new room, which was slightly better. The bed was really uncomfortable and felt a bit like an airbed. The drapes were broken, and the breakfast was not worth it. It all has an air of forgotten. Quite a shame as the building itself has so much potential, we hope a refurbishment is in plans, the great staff who work hard there, deserve it.
