Nos gustó la ubicación a pocos metros de la estación de tren que lleva a Cinqueterre. Es un amplio departamento, moderno, con una habitación amplia, cocina comedor, baño, lavarropas. Balcón. Hermosa vista. El supermercado se encuentra a metros. Tiene para estacionar en la calle. Muy seguro. Y la atención de Luca, nos asesoró cómo tomar el tren, qué hacer en Cinqueterre. Muy amable

Luca est venu nous accueillir. Il est très disponible il nous a donné beaucoup de conseils pour notre séjour. Il a toujours été rapide et super pour notre organisation. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci Luca

The apartment is located very close to the Migliarina train station which is perfect for visiting Cinque Terre. As an added bonus there is a fantastic supermarket very close as well. It is also a relatively easy walk into the marina and close to bus stops too. The host, Luca, was amazing. He went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed for a week long stay and provided us with recommendations for other towns close by that were definitely worth a visit. I had made a big mistake with the booking dates and he kindly helped us find a solution which we really appreciated. The apartment has a great kitchen so cooking was a breeze and the washing machine is an added bonus. Dish detergent and washing liquid was provided which was also a bonus. The bed was super comfy and a BIG plus for us with this apartment is that it was really quiet at night so you can get a good night's sleep without needing ear plugs. I highly recommend this property when visiting La Spezia. Luca was an exceptional host and the apartment was perfect for an extended stay.

The pillows were a little hard for me but this is a personal preference. Everything else was perfect.

Le bruit de la rue à 6h du matin Nous étions 2, seul le lit 2 places a été préparé (sans savoir si nous étions un couple, or nous dormons pas ensemble et avions loué un appartement, pas 1 chambre seule) Les photos laissaient entrevoir la mer... mais pas du tout.
