The holiday home is located in the Silbersee holiday park, in the middle of Germany, just 40 minutes by car south of Kassel. The house impresses with its immediate proximity to the lake and the beach (2-3 minutes' walk).
The living space of 80 m² is spread over three levels. The open-plan living/dining area is accessed via a hallway. The living room has a comfortable seating area with table, a large-screen LED TV and a spacious, solid brick fireplace. Adjacent to this is the cosy, spacious seating area, which functions as a dining room.
A small staircase leads to the gallery. Since December 2018, a new fitted kitchen with dishwasher, freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, Senseo coffee machine, crockery, etc. has been located there. Next to it is the shower room with shower, washbasin and WC. The first bedroom with double bed (180x200cm) is also on the same floor. This bedroom is connected to a separate toilet room with washbasin and WC.
A wooden staircase leads to the top floor. There are two further bedrooms, one with a double bed (180x200cm), the other with two single beds (each 90x200 cm). Both rooms have access to the balcony.
Outside, the holiday home has a wooden seating table for six people, a cosy seating area with a large parasol, 2 sun loungers, a beach chair and a barbecue. The car park is located in the immediate vicinity of the holiday home.
Via the A 7 motorway, exit Homberg (Efze), continue on the B 323 and the B 254 to the Frielendorf Nord exit and you will reach the holiday village after 1 km, which is located on the approx. 10,000 m² Silbersee bathing lake. The holiday village is surrounded by extensive forests, which are ideal for hiking and mountain biking. The park offers a range of leisure activities such as a modern climbing park, a large indoor play paradise, wellness paradise (indoor pool), all-weather toboggan run, petting zoo, archery, minigolf, skating and bowling alley, football, tennis and basketball courts, adventure playgrounds and much more.
