The living/dining room has an exit leading to a terrace and a patio. There is also a room measuring 12 square meters with a double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), a hand-basin, and a separate WC. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a shower/WC on the ground floor.
