This beautifully decorated houseboat is in a prime location near the Jordaan district, just minutes from the city center and "Noordermarkt."
The houseboat features 2 bedrooms, a living room with a sofa, flat-screen TV with cable, and free Wi-Fi. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower, with a separate toilet. The dining table offers canal views, and the kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove, microwave, oven, and fridge. A child cradle is available on request.

The Houseboat-Apartment is only on a 4 minute walking distance from famous Saturday market at the Noordermarkt, Jordaan area, Anne Frank-House, Nine Streets and much more interesting places to visit.
To give you a few examples: Anne Frank House, Wester Church, famous Noordermarkt, Palace on Dam Square, the Nine Streets, Westerpark, and much more. There are many quaint shops, restaurants, cafes and outdoor terraces just around the corner.
The weekly markets at the "Noordermarkt" are also just around the corner on Saturday and Monday. A lovely area with many things to do and see!
The surroundings are very beautiful with the old canal-houses, old bridges and cobbled streets. It is a joy to walk around the narrow streets and canals and enjoy all this beauty. Located from only a 10-minute walking distance from the Westerpark where you can relax, walk and enjoy nature.

The entrance is on street level and via the hallway you will enter the kitchen area with a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table with four seats.
You will find a large luxury sofa and easy chair with canal view. This large Houseboat features a flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi.
There is a separate toilet in the hallway and near to the entrance.
Via the hallway you will find the main bedroom with King-size bed and attached a bathroom with sink and bathtub.
There is a second bedroom with a Queen-size bed in the bow of the houseboat. The wardrobe is in the main bedroom.
This luxury houseboat-apartment is suitable for max. 4 persons.

A taxi pick-up from Schiphol is one of our standard services and can be organized for a fixed fee of €35.00 (Midsize car) or €45.00 (Van).
The Houseboat is only 12 minutes by tram from the central station with very good train connections from Amsterdam Airport.
There are several large parking garages with competitive rates in this area.
There are tram-bus stops around the corner with connections to most places of interest in Amsterdam.
Will be appreciated to receive additional travel information and expected arrival time in advance. After receiving this additional travel information our team will contact you with additional information regarding your check-in.
The host or related property manager of the property will contact you directly to arrange check-in. Please note that late check-in after 8 pm, in consultation with your host, may be possible at an extra cost of EUR 30. Late check-in after 10 pm is on request.
A security deposit of EUR 300 is required for incidentals.
Procedure: After receiving the final reservation confirmation, the payment details are stored but not charged or authorized for the deposit unless the host makes a claim.
The host has 14 days from your checkout date to make a claim on the deposit for damages to their property. Depending on the extent of the damage, the amount the host asks may or may not be the same as the deposit.

Dispite the very cold weather out boat was so welcoming and warm to come back to each day. We all loved our stay, we even got to all curl up on the sofa and watch a few movies. The welcome bottle of wine was also greatly appreciated!

Our decision to stay in a houseboat while in Amsterdam turned out to be a great one! We loved the boat itself, which had everything we needed. We were 3 female friends staying there, and we were very comfortable comfortable with 2 of us sharing the larger bed and one of us in the bed in the front of the boat. However, I would not stay there with 2 couples, as the beds are close, with only a small curtain for privacy. Otherwise, highly recommend!

Are stay was good The only issue was the price posted was not the correct price because you have to deal with an outside private company so the price was higher. That should be posted in the description.

The houseboat is nice and it was fun to experience it for a few nights. The area was had a lot to offer and we enjoyed the Saturday market very much. Communication with Suzanne and Diana was great but I did not really like having to deal with and pay a third party. We had no communication with the owners but only with Top Select, the other company. Also, for our group which was me, a female friend, and my brother, the accommodations were less than ideal. It was not clear to me from the photos that we had to go through the master bedroom to get to the second bedroom. We had one adult in the master, one in the hold and one on a couch. The bathroom situation offered little privacy and the upper deck that looked inviting in the pictures was not set up to accommodate enjoying that area although some rusty over-turned furniture was available. I think this property would be better suited for a small family or a couple. They promote the property as accommodating four guests, which it could, but they charge an additional fee of about 250 for the third and fourth guests and that seemed excessive to me. I was able to visit people on other houseboats and do realize that some of them would have been better suited for our group so I will do more research for the next visit. Overall, I think it was over-priced and did not work for our group but it is a nice experience and could definitely work for others.
