Owner was so friendly and helped us find the place, the house was amazing with everything you need and more including drinks, breakfast foods, shampoo, streaming services all included. The location was also a highlight.

The location is absolutely perfect for exploring Orvieto. It’s close to everything but tucked back off the road enough to be quiet.

La casa è super accogliente, funzionale, comoda e pulitissima. C'è tutto quello che serve e anche di più. Mirko è stato gentilissimo e attento alle nostre esigenze. La posizione è favolosa, in pieno centro ma in un contesto estremamente tranquillo perché non sulla strada. E' una soluzione consigliatissima per dormire a Orvieto: se dovesse ricapitarmi sicuramente tornerei qui. Unico suggerimento: continuare esattamente così perché non c'è stato proprio nulla che non sia stato perfetto, a parte la brevità del nostro soggiorno! :-)

Mirko met us at the apartment. Upon our drive to Orvieto he provided detailed instructions and kept in contact with us. The property is right in the heart of town. There were plenty of snacks, yogurt, and drinks for the four of us. We really appreciated the freezer and fridge for food we purchased.
