Failed to contact the staff through agoda messages. We need to seek help from agoda to have their number to call them. We tried for more than 10 times to reach the staff by phonecalls.
The apartment is dirty. Many dirt, hairs and food residues were found in the living room and kitchen area.
The power supply is poor. When we try to use the oven for reheating food, the electricity shut down. And the oven is not working properly.
The staff is very slow in responding. Not helpful at all.
Overall, very bad experience.
