Die Lage ist ideal, zentral und ruhig. Vaporetto und Supermarkt ganz in der Nähe. Es gibt sogar einen Steg raus zum Carnale Grande, wo man sich auch mal mit einem Gläschen Wein hinsetzen kann. Das Apartment ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat fast alle Küchenutensilien, um sich selbst versorgen zu können.

Man muss den Schlüssel vorher am Piazzle Roma abholen. Das finde ich etwas unpraktisch. Man kann mit dem Bus vom Flughafen direkt zu dem Platz fahren. Es gibt wohl drei Wohnungen in dem Haus. Wir hatten die mittlere. Leider ist der Trittschallschutz der oberen Wohnung nicht ausreichend. Man hört die ganze Zeit die Leute hin und her laufen. Wir haben das aber direkt mit den Mietern geklärt. Leider hat die Nespresso Kaffeemaschine nur schlecht funktioniert.

The apartment itself was spacious, clean and modern, which we appreciated. Having a kitchenette was handy. The shower was hot and the pressure was alright. It was also in a fantastic location.

We chose this property specifically because it had a lift, but unfortunately it was broken for our entire stay. However, it was really the hosts and the poor communication that ruined the experience for us. Responses were extremely slow, many of my questions were ignored, and communication throughout felt unnecessarily difficult. Despite travelling with my elderly mother, we were required to collect the keys from an inconvenient separate location late at night. Nobody met us in person, and the instructions provided were confusing and stressful to follow after a long journey. I asked multiple times whether the keys could simply be left at the property for us, but this was refused. The final straw came on checkout, when we were instructed to dispose of the rubbish ourselves despite paying a cleaning fee. This involved carrying waste several blocks away to a specific utility boat, all while struggling down stairs with heavy luggage and no working lift. Eventually the hosts relented after I pushed back, but overall the entire experience felt far more difficult and stressful than it needed to be.
