20min walking distance to piazza Marco. It’s was clean with nice view over the canal! Quiet neighborhood with a caffe bar right on the corner.
Salvatore, the guy who is handling the apartment, gave us few tips for Venezia and surroundings.

Wonderful apartment – everything is clean and comfortable, with all the facilities for living and cooking. Not far from all the main sights and landmarks. The view of the canal made mornings with a cup of coffee even more enjoyable. Thank you!

Location was good! Not too far from train station. Liked that there was in unit laundry and didn’t feel cramped. View of the canal was great too.
We kept falling towards the middle of the bed! Coordinating picking up the keys was a bit more involved but it was alright. Just note that the door can be a bit tricky to open at first!

Very good location, 15 minutes walk to train station or Rialto bridge, 25-30 minutes to San Marco. Quiet area, with a number of restaurants and small shops nearby. Nice view over the canal. Very spacious, fully equipped kitchen and large living area in addition to two bedrooms. Bathroom clean and in good condition.
It was very hot in Venice during our stay and the single air conditioning unit was not fully up to the task of keeping the apartment at a comfortable temperature. Unfortunately, the unit is located above the entry door, meaning that the entry hallway is nice and cool, but the cool air doesn't really reach back into the living area or second bedroom. The temperature in the primary bedroom was OK, however. Also, the apartment does not have a smart TV with access to Netflix, other streaming services, or any foreign language content.
