The Clean and Cozy Home is a place where you will feel comfortable and relaxed, with the simple, clean, and comfortably decor. Centrally located between Roseville and Folsom, which provide all the shopping, dining and outdoor recreation! Start and end your day with a soak in the brand new HOT TUB. Family friendly home with a bunk bed that sleeps four, plus a fenced in concrete backyard that is perfect for little ones to ride around on their favorite wheels, or enjoy a game of corn toss!
The space
Walking in you will fall in love with the cleanliness of this home! The single-story home gives you 1,600 square feet of space, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a recently remodeled kitchen, new flooring throughout the home, and a brand new HOT TUB! Enjoy watching your favorite shows on a 65” smart TV while relaxing on new high-end living room furnishing. Coffee and tea are provided for you, along with spices, and a stocked kitchen with all the tools you need to whip up your favorite meal.
Enjoy a good nights rest on comfortable mattresses with new linens and towels. Sleeps up to 8; master ensuite with king, bedroom #2 - queen bed, bedroom #3 - bunk bed with twin over full, with a twin trundle.
The home is on a quiet street with great neighbors, whom we need to respect. We ask that you do not have any loud music or parties in the home.
You will have the entire place to yourself, with exception to the garage.
At the end of each stay, the home is professionally deep-cleaned, following “Airbnb enhanced cleaning protocol”.

I stayed here for a little over a week in between relocating from SoCal & getting keys to my new house. I began my stay alone with my pet for a few days and felt VERY safe in the house & neighborhood. It’s very quiet, very little traffic. My husband & 3 children joined me a few days into my stay and the house was perfect for all of us. The house was great, just as advertised. Had everything we needed. Had a slight hiccup at check in but host answered her cell immediately. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay during a stressful time!!!
