Show ID 3 hours before arrival. Check-in at 4 PM. Early check-in fee: $50/hour. Late check-out fee: $50/hour after 11 AM ($100 for each additional hour).

-No events, parties, or pets without approval (pet fee: $100/stay).
-No smoking, drugs, or eating/drinking in bed.
-Respect furniture, use designated parking.
-Additional fees: Excessive towels/sheets - $50, uncleaned BBQ - $50.

House is pretty much what you get in the pics. It is nice, a good setup, most everything we needed in the kitchen. Pool is great and nice having multiple seating options outside. Would be fantastic if some floaties were included.

The house was nice. The pool was great and it’s cozy for a small family trying to get away. Store are closed by. But there or lots of homeless people around the Main Street which is two streets away.

A beautiful property. Decorated with a modern warm style. Air con and WiFi of a high standard. Great pool and outside area, which was a lovely relief from the heat. Handy supermarket 5 mins drive away.
Would definitely recommend.
