Extra Guest Fee- The nightly total includes up to 6 guests only. An extra guest fee of $25 per person, per night applies beyond the 6th guest.
Surveillance We have a Ring security camera above the driveway and a Ring doorbell camera outside of the front door. Both devices record audio and video 24/7.Decibel monitor- The device doesn't record or transmit conversations or sounds but measures the the overall decibel in the house.
Please take note that the POOL is NOT HEATED and the hot tub doesn't have a jet. The DIVING BOARD is REMOVED.
Please take note of the cancelation policy. It is recommended to purchase travel insurance.
"For VRBO cancellations, a 5% deduction will be applied to cover our credit card's processing fee."

Great place! 5min from costco and less from safeway. AC was great. the pool had a nice shallow end and gets decently deep at the other half. overall a great stay.

This property was a great location to everything we wanted to go to. The house was very clean inside and accommodated all 9 of us. The pool was absolutely AMAZING.
There was only 2 things that would of made our stay better: The “grass” outside in the backyard in reality was weeds.. not a big deal for us but to be aware about. Second thing was that we had no access to cleaning supplies such as broom or mop, much needed when having a 1 year old.
Overall this property was a great place for our family vacation, and we would stay there again!!

Check in was easy. First appearance, dead grass, driveway stains . Neighborhood decent. Curbside appearance needs a bit of improvement . Inside of residence is as advertised. Beautifully appointed and well decorated. Spacious. We were a family of 10 in town for a reunion with local family.
Doorknob loose and fell off in one of the bedrooms, had to re attach it. Some kitchen cabinets were loose , kitchen sink fixture felt loose. Small fridge never cooled down for beverages . Small fridge freezer did work. Back yard , dead grass, no outdoor lighting, jacuzzi pump not working. Bbq was dirty and required cleaning before use. No cushions for any outdoor seating. Some outdoor furniture needed refurbishment. Spider issue back yard and front door entrance.
Lack of cleaning supplies. We had to buy a few items including a bug spray for the spider issues.
We tried to entertain and had a total of 5 extra family members and that was a issue.
The property has huge potential to be amazing. The back yard also has so much promise. Overall the interior was as described .
