the interior design and equipemnt of the apartment is with very good taste, the quality of the materials excellent, especially the comfort of the bed ... good sleep ... and the hosts are very helpful in any question
the street and the river Inn is quite noisy, so you have to sleep with the window closed - but I knew this before booking. and the apartment is big enough to sleep with the door open to the next room and enough air

Hi,
I would like to raise my disappointment regarding my recent stay.
I specifically booked this apartment for a Mountain View, however, the view from the apartment was directly facing other people’s apartments. To see anything outside, I had to step out onto the balcony, only to be confronted with neighbouring apartments at very close proximity. As a result, we did not spend any time on the balcony at all.
The apartment also has no other windows, only a glass door leading to the balcony, which made the lack of the advertised view even more disappointing.
In addition, the WiFi was not connected on my first day, and as my stay was only two nights, this significantly impacted my experience.
I am especially disappointed because I paid a premium price for this apartment with the intention of spending New Year’s Eve comfortably. Instead, I had to leave the apartment and walk to the other side of the bridge just to view the fireworks welcoming 2026, which was not what I had expected when booking this accommodation.
Given the discrepancy between what was advertised and what was provided, combined with the WiFi issue and the timing of my stay, this experience fell well below expectations.
I would appreciate this matter being reviewed seriously and look forward to your response on how this can be addressed.
