We had a truly wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was spotless, warm, and peaceful, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The view from the window was beautiful, and the breakfast was excellent, offering a great selection of options. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to public transport and a grocery store nearby. Additionally, the welcome card was a fantastic touch—offering a wide range of discounts and proving to be genuinely helpful and useful throughout my stay.

The only small downside was the lack of an electric kettle in the room – it would be nice to have one to make coffee or tea.

Cosy and comfortable. Fabulous view, minutes to public transport, great breakfast! The staff were lovely, we could store our bags, there was a restaurant and bar nearby. Check in was at the edelweiss minutes away- was simple and no problem at all. Highly recommend this accommodation.

The location was ideal. The room itself was basic but clean and comfortable.

The hotel was not a hotel in itself but rather an annexe of hotel Edelweiss. When we got to reception there was a letter with a key inside. There was no service at all even though they said the reception would open at 5pm. The letter indicated the name Hotel Edelweiss but at no point did we think it was a different hotel. We assumed it was the name of the hotel group. We called the number on the sheet but nobody replied. In the morning we went to reception to find out about breakfast but there was noone and the breakfast room was empty with no sign of life. We called the emergency number but again no reply. We were forced to go out and buy our own breakfast. When we tried to check out it was the cleaner that told us to go to the other hotel. I had happened to see this hotel the previous evening. If not, I would have had no idea where to go. There was no service whatsoever in Club Goetzens hotel and at no point were we made aware of the existence of another hotel for breakfast. We paid for bed and breakfast but got no breakfast and no service at all. If it had been clear about the situation between the two hotels there would have been no problems. Unfortunately because of no communication the stay was a disaster.
