I liked the self-check-in system, which lets you check in at any time of day. The room is quite good with a nice Alps view from the balcony. What I especially like is that it is located away from the city (for a nice, quiet life), but we can reach the city in 15 minutes by a direct bus that stops in front of the hotel.
The room heater didn't work, even though it's spring, at night the temperatures were lower. I called the helpline, though they responded, but still the heater didn't work, so it was cold in the night (But they provided nice linen which could contain the heat). Shower room is very small, can't adjust while taking shower.

The room vault was closed, the attique was difficult for tall people, shower room was too small.

Not clean, smelly toilet, dirty carpet, bed linnen with some hairs that were not mine :-(
