The location was perfect for us as we were visiting family in the area for Christmas! The kitchen was well stocked and I was able to cook a well received Christmas dinner! All the bedrooms are comfortable and there was plenty of room for the 5 adults there! Great communication from Richard! We couldn't have asked for more!

Massive accommodation, we were a group of professionals traveling for work, so having a room each was excellent. Very clean and comfortable, kitchen and shower facilities were all absolutely wonderful, communication with the host was easy and pleasant and polite :) an easy walk to the local supermarket, easy travel from NEC to the accommodation. Just all round a really wonderful stay :) thanks so much again!

Easy check in, spacious rooms, plenty of towels, plenty of toilet roll and kitchen was well equipped with plates, glasses, pans etc.
House smelt upon arrival, overall cleanliness wasn’t great (showers and sinks especially, litter underneath beds, floors hadn’t all been hoovered, bathroom shower was left leaking so floor was wet and dangerous upon arrival) kitchen bin wasn’t changed, living room sofas were very uncomfortable, garden was just a bit of a state and garden furniture was really uncomfortable. It wasn’t a bad place to stay but wasn’t great, it needs a few days spending on it to get the house back to a more acceptable standard with touching up walls and skirting boards, shower deep cleans, shower curtains, front of the house needs tidying up and garden needs sorting out.
