Excellent location and good size for our needs
Insufficient seating for a party of 7. Insufficient plates and poor kitchen utensils. Extra towels for the number of people rather than rooms and no hand towels. Cans and bottles left in the garden area

The kitchen and bathrooms could have been cleaner but they are perfectly usable and it would not put us off staying again.

The beds are really comfortable, and you can see they’ve made a great effort in making sure the 5 bedrooms are well decorated and comfortable.
The main concern in this house is the bathroom, the ceiling was full of cobwebs around the edges. Also Around the base of the shower and the bath the silicone is full of mould. It’s not very appealing when this is the place you’re meant to get clean. The house is absolutely great, just in need of some real tlc and work.
