About this house rental
Settle into our renovated former barn, a 50 m² holiday home perfect for 3 guests, offering a peaceful countryside setting on a 7,000 m² property. The house features one bedroom, a living room, and a fully equipped private kitchen. Amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, game console, fan, washing machine, and a dedicated workspace. Everything is on one level, with a high chair and baby cot available. Dinner on your arrival and breakfast on the first day can be booked in advance for an extra charge. Enjoy seasonal produce from our on-site permaculture garden.
You have a private garden and an open terrace with a barbecue, ideal for outdoor dining. The shared outdoor pool is unheated, equipped with an alarm, and covered by a tunnel structure. An outdoor shower is also available. The large grounds offer a shared play area, pétanque court, badminton space, and Molkky. On rainy days, a spacious common room provides a variety of board games for the whole family.
Shared parking is available on the property, as well as a bike storage room. You have access to one regular bike and two e-bikes for exploring the area. Events are not allowed. Enjoy the tranquility of the countryside, with shops and supermarkets 7 km away in Le Lude or Château Lavalière. Nearby, discover Château du Lude with escape games, Zoo de la Flèche, cyclo-rail, and treetop adventures at Lac de Rillé.
Your hosts live on site (not in your accommodation) and are available to assist with meal baskets and breakfast service, available for an extra charge.

Pros: Krystelle est Pierrick sont des hôtes formidables, accueillants et passionnés par leur activité ! Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Le logement est conforme à l'annonce, confortable et bien équipé. La piscine et le jardin sont très jolis et parfaits pour les enfants. Très beau château au Lude à 5 minutes en voiture.
Nous recommandons vivement et souhaitons à Krystelle et Pierrick beaucoup de succès dans les projets d'aménagement du terrain qui ne feront qu'embellir encore ce lieu déjà si agréable !
