The Space:
The family/living room features a 55 inch smart tv, leather couch, futon and an electric fireplace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, common appliances, coffee machine, dinnerware and silverware.
All the bedrooms are equipped with either a queen or king bed with mattresses of different firmness. The bedrooms also have a smart TV for your late night binging.

Being located near to Main St and Niagara Falls Blvd, you will have a problem of plenty choosing a place for dinner. Friendly and peace loving neighbors make this an ideal home away from home for you.

Other Things to Note:
Though cozy and comfortable, the house was built in 1950s and hence shows some signs of aging. You might hear an occasional creaking of floor as you walk on them. Please note that if you are used to big bathrooms, this house might disappoint you. The bathrooms are on the smaller side when compared to newer houses.

This is incredibly conveniently located; it’s about a 5-minute walk from UB south campus, Dunkin’, grocery stores and drugstores. Very easy access to highways. Safe neighborhood and the owner is very responsive to messages.

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood. Close to many shopping options. Would stay again if visiting Buffalo on a future trip.

Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. Host responded to questions quickly. Enjoyed our stay. I would definitely book again.
