About this apartment rental
No worries about cleaning and chores enjoy your stay. UHD 4k tv in each room and living. Well kept in a quiet neighborhood. Family-friendly whole house with contactless self-check-in. The house has a Living/Dining room, and an eat-in kitchen with a dishwasher. Two bedrooms one king bed and other queen bed on the first level another bedroom on upper level with queen bed and work desk. There are two queen sized sofa bed one in lower living area and one in upper. There are two portable beds. Also a baby crib also available upon request. With a lot of extra bedding. Two full bath one en-suite to room with king bed other is next to living area.
Although place has capacity for more guests Please note the sleeping arrangements provided, feel free to make your own arrangements in case provided sleeping arrangements are not enough for your needs.
I have been living (next door) for 5+ years never had any safety issues. But considering Buffalo is not that rich town. This area is not like Buffalo downtown. It`s a little less updated, sidewalks are not that well maintained. Most of the houses next to this house are generally maintained but if you go around you might see the old (not well maintained) house.
I never had a safety issue but providing details about locality so that one won`t get shocked if coming from a big city etc.

Stayed for the Bills/Chiefs game. Quick 20 min uber to the stadium.
5 adults, 1 kid, 2 furry people. Plenty of space for everyone, with extra room. Beds are very comfortable. House was stocked with everything we needed (kitchen, towels, etc). Communication with owner was excellent. The neighborhood is more of an up-and-coming area which is accurately described in the listing. All in all - great landing spot for our group.

This apartment is great. Yes, you're in the city, down a few streets over seems sketch, but this one is perfectly fine. As someone who didnt used to be used to city living, then learned how to live in downtown Chicago, I'd be fine living here. The neighborhood kids (4-13 yrs old?) were playing in the street even in the evening, and talked to our kids. Families on their porches were all friendly. Plenty of very hot water. Drains all worked without backing up at all. Bedding is ample, but bring a pillow or two if you're picky about them. Air conditioners worked well (we came during a heat wave). No dvd player, but plenty of tv channel options, including youtube. No real living room on the first floor, but there is a couch in the loft outside the bedroom upstairs, a couch in the bedroom upstairs, and a couch in one of the downstairs bedrooms (all pullout to beds). Washing machine and dryer are good, and cheap detergent is available. Two small refrigerators give plenty of space. Not the best pans, so if you don't like teflon, bring your own. Plenty of good dishes/silverware. Everything is decently clean. There is a swiffer, broom, and vacuum in the closet to use. We will definitely come stay again when we're back in town.
