Full access to boat docks and walking paths at beautiful Niawanda Park. Short walk to bars, restaurants and water fun! We are located mid way between Niagara Falls and Buffalo, NY with easy thruway access. Additional disclosure: outside perimeter cameras with active monitoring.

Lisa and Steve are amazing hosts! Their property is beautiful and so welcoming. There were tons of fun things for the kids to do, including the older kids and many cozy places for the adults to relax! Thank you for sharing your home with our family. The location was great for doing all the things we wanted to do.
