Welcome to the One bedroom Bed & Breakfast New Renovated Suite right on Niagara River, May's Suite on the River, in unit laundry, new electric stove, new renovated bathroom, Foaming Floor,10 inches queen/full size gel foam mattress on a modern iron Queen size bad frame. Gorgeous Sun Set Niagara River view in back yard, 9mins to Tops, 18 mins to UB North, new balcony, outside adjacent to the bike path, walking distance to Beaver Island beach state park which makes a super easy get a balanced living style. Very Quiet, Safe and great neighberhood.

Beautiful property overlooking the Niagara River. Beautiful Asian breakfasts we could eat outside while having a view of that river. But most of all a beautiful person as our host, Jie, who fulfilled all our requests and met all our needs and more. She gives excellent restaurant recommendations too, Dick and Jenny’s, and Say Cheese, were fantastic. Overall a wonderful stay and experience.

The authentic food and unique experience was amazing. Would gladly stay here again. Keep in mind it is cozy 7 quaint and lots of stuff or large people will struggle with the wiggle room but if that doesn't scare you, everything else is special. The breakfasts were divine and made us feel like we were fine dining. Loved all the extra touches provided.

This was the 2nd time I stayed at the property, and I was pleasently surprised by the small upgrades made in the short time between my stays.
The hosts breakfast's were wonderful, and the location is very quite with a good view, and easy access to the islands walking path.
I would not hesitate to stay here again if I am working in the area.

The property said there was a hot tub but there wasn’t. They cooked us breakfast but it was eggs and dry bread with some sort of weird jam. but just left the food out the door so we never really got to eat the food fresh. View was cool. The bed was terrible and the pillows to choose from were horrible
