The apartments are new, Morden, well designed and close to amenities
This is the only good thing for me
The planning of the apartments and environment was well thought
There is a lot that I can write here. I really think these guys have to improve their services.
The first day I got there I was given a apartment, I settled into the apartment and all, then I was told that I was given the wrong apartment and had to shift to my real apartment. The real apartment was bigger, but still, imagine that inconvenience when you are tired 😞
2. In the new room, there was some u flushed tissue paper in the toilet, honestly, they gave me a new apartment and didn't check that everything was OK 😂
3. No dish washing soap in the apartment or plastic paper to line the bin, no oven glove to use when cooking something in the oven, no kitchen towel, I used the one from the bathroom 😂. Was I supposed to carry all these things for a stay in a booked apartment?
4. A false alarm that there was fire in my room so they had to come and check that everything is OK. They used the master key and I was in there, a good gesture but looks like their systems can't detect which rooms really have the real fire.
I got a parcel while staying there, the day it I arrived, I asked the receptionist to check and she swore that the parcel had not yet arrived. But sender confirmed it had arrived. I checked the nezt day and the receptionist said, oh sorry, I think it had not been recorded in our system.
Overall they have lots of work to do to make sure that things run smoothly so that it can be used both as a hostel and for booking.com
