Location. The neighborhood was safe and lovely - very family friendly and vivacious. Access to regular buses was excellent. There were plenty of places near by fir coffee beer meals… Cleanliness. Absolutely fresh and clean. Charming staff. Privacy.
Keeping in mind that this is a shared house, the rooms are very small and cramped for 2 adults. The one we stayed in did not include the amenities described in the advert (mini frig) perhaps the other rooms were larger. While I felt welcome to use the common kitchen, I did not. There were quite a few stairs.

Staying in the suburbs with Sharon allowed us to see and experience much more than if we had been in a motel. Great location ,easy to catch public transport. Good value foe money.
The room was a little cramped for 2 people, but we only slept there so it did the job.
