I previously stayed for a few days at a hotel near Hyde Park that cost four times as much. Compared to that, this room was more spacious, the shower worked perfectly (no clogging or damaged hose), and the overall value for money was excellent. The neighborhood is very quiet - at least in autumn, and the host was wonderful, offering helpful advice while respecting my privacy. There are plenty of transportation options nearby (5-10 minutes walk), a beautiful park within walking distance, and the Wi-Fi connection is strong.

The nagging from the host and the lack of heating only available when you are there,so if it is cold don’t complain because you didn’t pay to much for the room
